ArmsOA is an operations analysis company specialising in the application of wargaming and analytic modelling to answer national security questions. Company members have a deep history of working within ADF Force Design and in applying analytic skills to aid concept and capability development; specifically the development of operating concepts, comparative analysis of alternate force options, failure mode analysis, and workforce and sustainment analysis. The application of wargaming techniques offers a subjective assessment, while the application of analytic modelling offers quantitative analysis; both outcomes significantly aid decision makers to better understand the subject under evaluation.
ArmsOA provides a sovereign workforce with strong links to the veteran community. With all members of the company having prior ADF experience, ArmsOA will ensure that the analytic insights are evidence-based, trusted and credible.
