Our Executive Director, Phil ‘Hog’ Arms CSC is an experienced operations analyst who has assisted Joint Force Design, Joint Logistics Command, Army, Navy and Air Force teams in Australia and overseas to solve complex capability and force design problems. He is an experienced practitioner in applying operations analysis at the strategic, operational and tactical levels via the use of wargaming and analytical modelling.
